If you don't happen to find the answers you are looking for, you can easily » Register your Sova product and follow the instructions to complete a Sova warranty claim.
To activate your Sova warranty, click the log-in at the top of the page and register as a user and register your Sova product. Please keep your original purchase receipt as evidence that the date of your claim falls within the warranty period. If your purchase was made on our website we will have your records at hand.
We at Sova wish to create the best experience for our clients, which is why our personal devices come with a 1 Year Manufacturing Warranty.
These Sova personal devices are intended for adults only. Sova warrants this pleasure object for a period of ONE (1) YEAR, after the date of original purchase, against defects due to faulty workmanship or materials. If you discover a defect and notify Sova during the warranty period, Sova will, at its discretion, replace or refund any pleasure device that is discovered to be faulty.
The warranty covers working parts that affect the function of the personal device. It does NOT cover cosmetic deterioration caused by wear and tear or damage caused by accident, misuse or neglect. Any attempt to open or take apart the pleasure object will void the Sova warranty.
Claims under warranty must be supported by reasonable evidence that the date of the claim is within the warranty period. To validate your warranty, please keep your original purchase receipt together with these warranty conditions for the duration of the warranty period.
1 Year Warranty
Sova will replace or refund, at our option, any pleasure device that is discovered to be faulty. Warranty does not cover accidents or misuse.
