Sova offers different shipping methods to meet your delivery needs as well as a 30-day satisfaction guaranteed return policy.

Shipping & Delivery

Whether you're looking for standard or express shipping, all shipments are sent via UPS and tracking information is provided upon shipment of the order.

Standard and express shipping rates are provided in the chart below for your reference, but you will always have the opportunity to see the full amount of your purchase with shipping charges before you confirm your order.

Standard Shipping: Don't mind waiting for your new Sova product? This method is ground shipping. You should receive your product within 5-10 business days from your order date.

Express Shipping: Need your Sova in a hurry? With this method, orders are sent via UPS 2nd-day delivery. You should receive your product within 2-3 business days from your order date. Please note: orders need to be submitted online by 1pm EST to ensure 2nd day delivery.

Sova ships to both Alaska and Hawaii, but additional fees apply. Refer to the Shipping & Delivery information for the additional rate. Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii may take longer for delivery.

International Shipping

Unfortunately, we do not ship to U.S. Territories or internationally at this time.

Shipping to a P.O. Box

Unfortunately, we cannot ship items to a P.O. Box at this time. Please provide a street address for your shipment.

Shipping to an APO/FPO Address

Unfortunately, we cannot ship items to an APO/FPO address at this time. Please provide a street address for your shipment.

Track Your Order

Follows these instructions to track your order: First, log into "My Account". Then, click on the Order Number which will provide the tracking number. Click on the tracking number for available tracking information.

Please note: if your order shows your items were shipped but contains no tracking information, your shipment was sent by a method that provides no tracking information.

Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your Sova Device, it may be returned unopened and unused within 30 days of receipt for a credit, refund or exchange.** NOTE: the plastic sleeve and any other seals that enclose the device box must be unbroken. For questions concerning the money-back guarantee, please call 1-888-844-6763.

Terms & Conditions

  1. If you wish to return your unopened Sova device, please call us at 1-888-844-6763 or email
  2. Refund will be in the form of a check issued in US Dollars and will be provided only if all Terms and Conditions are met.
  3. The following items must be returned to Sova and postmarked no later than 30 days after purchase of the Sova brand product:

    • The unopened Sova product
    • The original sales receipt indicating price and date purchased

  4. In addition, Sova, in its discretion, must determine that the returned product was used in accordance with the instruction booklet (included with the product at the time of purchase).
  5. Returns should be mailed prepaid (no collect returns accepted) to:

  6. Refund does not include postage costs for the return of the product, but will include applicable taxes paid by customer, if any.
  7. No responsibility will be accepted for late, lost, stolen, misdirected or damaged product.
  8. Please allow 4-6 weeks to receive your refund by check.
